Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation/retention fee as indicated would be levied on all confirmed bookings. Cancellation charges are applicable on the total duration of stay and on entire booking.
• 90% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 20 days.
• 50% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 7 days.
• 100% Retention charges applicable for No Shows and for the confirmed booking being cancelled withn 72 hours.
• Mode of payment would either a cheque or bank transfer and it would be done within 30 days after the cancellation is done.
